The year 2017 was an astonishing one. Tuyambe Ev with her supporters, donors and funders were able to record several successes. One solid success is exhibited in the partnership with Love Uganda Foundation, a Ugandan local Charity Non-Profit organization.
With our steadfast growth and currently operating in the countries of Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. Partnering with a ground based Ugandan charity is undeniably one great avenue of ensuring smoother operation in Uganda.
This year 2018, TUYAMBE E.V schemes at accomplishing greater missions and changing lives of many more orphans, widows and other vulnerable persons in Africa. This is the main reason behind our January 6th Beginning of year meeting held in Hannover, The capital of Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen), Germany. This was a great opportunity for members of the team to exchange ideas and discuss the objectives of the campaign.
Previous year’s budget and accountability, challenges and possible solutions with projections were in depth discussed in this meeting.
Not only the resolutions of making 2018 a greater one was reached at, but also the detailed proceedings were given and discussed in-depth. The team and stakeholders anticipate to focus on highest transparency with greater determination for a peak celebration by the end of the year.
We need to explain how charities work. Collectively we need to say, “We have achieved X while only spending Y, the difference we have made is Z”. “Clear and fair handling of donors funds is imperative for this year” says the CEO TUYAMBE E.V.
Besides the above, there is a great need for us to attract good talent and pay a competitive wage. The people that work extra hard every day and have chosen careers in our campaign with social benefit need to be compensated for their endless efforts. This year, fair treatment of funds and stuff-members is one of our greatest priorities.
The fact that we don’t have huge amounts to spend on advertising, we at least have the power of social media. We need to maximally use it, not to request for donations or anything from people, but let the world know what we do; spread the news because sharing is caring!

Though we intend to operate with transparency, strong determination with a solid and more organized talents for a more successful 2018, this is never possible without your support.
